Scaling impact at Miro

With a tiny team, my role was to scale the quality of content without growing the headcount of my team.

Through systematisation and utilizing AI, I was able to hugely grow the impact, shifting co-design from 30% to 75%, moving the engagement earlier up the funnel to have greater impact on design. I improved team efficiency by almost 20% across a one year period.

~20%

87%

reduction in office hours

Here's how I did it

  1. 01

Moved from fully embedded to a hybrid model, prioritising high-profile work and reducing office hours by 87%.

  2. 02

Leveraged AI to bulk audit and fix content debt, assessing and improving 1,637 legacy strings that weren't compliant with our design system.

  3. 03

Built content skills within our MCP to make sure designers were following best practice when vibe-coding.

  4. 04

Provided self-serve content checkers and an automated pre-release audit to flag any content quality issues.

  5. 05

Trained and coached the design team on content best practice.

  6. 06

Created a feature naming skill to replace a resource-heavy half day workshop.
