Working alongside a product designer and UX researcher, I led the content design and UX writing for the rider app and product marketing for new features.
What I did

Determining format, structure, tone and content for new features in the rider app and their product marketing.

Working with local translators to make sure all new content was localised for our global teams of riders.
- 03
Working closely with developers in agile scrum to make sure the app content was built as specified.
