Building a design culture
During my time at Flo Health, I created the foundations for the design team.
From developing a design team vision and experience principles, to developing role expectations and hiring.
I created tools and frameworks to enable better collaboration across design disciplines and established communities of practice to enhance sharing and learning.
I also created skills assessments to help practitioners understand their development areas, and led the team through hackathons to drive innovative product thinking.
