For this section of the rider app I needed to create simple, efficient content that allowed riders to progress through the delivery journey as quickly as possible. Stripping back the content to the bare essentials allowed fast task-completion, and for the visual design to assist. A great example of collaborative design.
Writing effective email communication can be tough. With 50,000 global Deliveroo riders to engage, our monthly tech update needed to make them want to know more. This version I wrote had a 75% open rate and was picked up and quoted by Forbes magazine.
