One of the most exciting projects I’ve worked on was helping to create a ground-breaking global marketing training programme for Unilever.
Working with subject matter experts across the business, I took their knowledge and turned it into simple, digestible learning materials – in the form of a practical ‘toolkit’, and online learning modules. Lots of the information was very technical, and needed to be made accessible to new trainees.
Working with a print agency and an e-learning agency, I quickly got to grips with new skills such as storyboard and wireframe development.
Once the year-long course was ready, I also led the marketing campaign to roll out the programme around the world.
